One of the best ways to get connected is to get involved. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, we have a place for you. Discover what so many of our volunteers have found: there is a joy in being a part of the mission at our church.

Join the Team

Welcome Team

Volunteers in our Welcome Center specialize in hospitality and helping people feel like they belong. Opportunities include greeters, welcome table hosts and ushers.

Kids

Kids church is designed to teach kids about Jesus in a safe and fun environment. There is an opportunity to help in classrooms, at check in or prepping materials each week!

Students

If you love junior high and high school students and love Jesus then student ministry might be a great place for you to volunteer. Our student ministry groups provide a fun, safe place for students to build community with each other and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Worship

Do you play an instrument or love to sing? Worship team members are skilled worshippers who agree with our values, mission and vision. We believe that worship team members should reflect what it means to worship in spirit and truth. They lead the congregation by using their musical talents and engaging in worship themselves.

Production

Our production includes a variety of volunteers: Audio Visual, Lighting, Stage Design Team, and running the Live Stream. Each team helps make a Sunday morning run smoothly. If you’re creative, hard-working, reliable and love to help behind the scenes one of these teams might be the place for you! Don't worry, if you’re not skilled yet, but interested in learning something new, there are opportunities for you to shadow a member of our team.

Security

The security team helps provide a safe environment where people can discover their faith and find community to grow with. This Sunday morning team is set up to be available to help as needed and ensure our children remain safe as well. We would love to find a place for you to serve with us!

Facilities

Volunteers on our facilities team help accomplish tasks that are needed to ensure ministries can run their best. Some opportunities include: set up and tear down, basic maintenance and repairs and parking lot attendants for special events. This team operates on Sundays and as-needed throughout the week. Start by filling out our volunteer form and someone will contact you to discuss scheduling.

Communications

If you are someone who is interested in photography, videography, or graphic design we would love to hear from you! We’d love to have you join a team of people who work, as needed, to produce some of the pictures and content that you see throughout the week.

These volunteers help organize and execute special events or services. These roles can vary depending on the event but can include set-up/tear-down, hospitality and planning teams.

Serve the Community

Serve God by serving others.

The Share Team at Peachtree City Christian Church is focused on domestic local missions as wonderful service opportunities that we can do in our own backyard. We know that a passion for missions doesn’t have to take us overseas, as we can serve as a witness for Jesus Christ in your hometown and surrounding areas.

On the 4th Sunday of each month, our Share Team heads to Jesus Place, a men’s homeless mission in Atlanta. Each month, we take donations of clothing and shoes and all are welcome to go and serve these men through the distributing of donations. Meet in the Atrium to ride in the church van.

Part of our Vision Statement is to “serve in our world.” We extend opportunities to everyone in our congregation to fulfill that through our Global Missions Program. We believe that all believers should be participating in global missions.

PTC3 Guatemala Missions

We have made a commitment as a body of believers to continue building homes and reaching into the San Rafael community until there are no more homes needing to be built. In 2010, we built our first home and, since then, we’ve built 190 homes, as well as three church buildings. We have provided medical help to over 1000 needy children, held multiple VBS camps, helped with clean water initiatives, and much more.
